Amended Notice Regarding New Hearing For 8.11.3 NMAC

As of December 15, 2009, the Adult Protective Services (APS) Division of the Aging and Long-Term Services Department (ALTSD) has posted on the ALTSD website a corrected and updated version of the proposed 8.11.3 NMAC, Adult Protective Services Investigations. The current draft replaces the erroneous draft that was available on ALTSD/APS website prior to October 27, 2009.

A new public hearing on the revised proposed amendments to 8.11.3 NMAC is scheduled at 10 a.m. on February 24, 2010 at the Aging and Long-Term Services Department Hearing Room 1, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe. The notice of hearing also will be provided in the New Mexico Register and the Albuquerque Journal.

Previous public comments that were submitted prior to October 27, 2009, have been considered in the currently posted draft. The Department invites any interested party to submit comments by February 22, 2010 to Tony Louderbough.
