Notice to PCO  consumers, CoLTS clients and Mi Via participants Staff from the former ALTSD Elderly and Disability Services Division working with the Personal Care Option (PCO) program, the Coordination of Long-Term Services (CoLTS, formerly Disabled and Elderly Waiver) and Mi Via, NM's Self-Directed Waiver programs have transferred to the Human Services Department's Medical Assistance Division effective June 27, 2011.
