Nutrition Information for Providers |
|
Providers are required to offer 15-minute nutrition education programs to congregate meal participants four times a year. Home-delivered meal participants should receive written information twice a year. Each nutrition education session should be documented (keep a file of at least the presenter's name, materials used, number attended). The following are resources for materials developed for nutrition and food safety education programs.
